Variegated Pandan – Pandanus veitchii
Family: Pandanaceae
Description: A small-rosette-forming pandan, with long, leathery leaves up to 60cm long and 8cm wide narrowing to a point. Leaves are shining drak-green, lined and broadly margined with white.
Distribution: Native to Polynesia
Economic Importance: Grown in gardens, also an indoor plant.
Is this a new variety?
We had been growing this variety for around 10 years in the nursery.
