Palmera – Chrysalidocarpus lutescens
Family: Palmae/ Arecaceae
Description: A slender, graceful, and clustering palm, up to 4m tall with a trunk reaching 8cm in diameter. Trunk is green and ringed. Leaves are 2m long, ascending and curved at the apex. Leaflets are linear, featherlike, up to 40cm long, bright and green to yellow-green and in one place.
Distribution: Native to Madagascar, introduced to the Philippines in the early 1900’s.
Plant Requirements: Juvenile plant can withstand shade.
Economic Importance: Commonly planted as an ornamental in parks and lawns. Juvenile palmera is a popular indoor plant.

Hi i wanna ask is it ok to plant palmera without thier roots..i accidentally cut it,because theres another plant coming out so i decided to plant it on the other pot but accidentally i cut the plant without the roots..is the plant still survive even without thier roots??
